In addition, I have worked out every day this week without fail, I have practiced yoga every day, and I have meditated every night. I have drank my kefir and my bulletproof coffee every single morning. I am one determined woman.
So, here's how step 4 of our goal setting goes:
Step 4:
In each of the following categories, create one goal that if reached will make you happy. This should be a little goal. A goal that you will meet no matter what. Then, create one goal that would put you over the moon. This should be a big stretch for you. This is a dream goal.
Use my categories below and check out the resources page for my friend, Dana's, newsletter. Her words of wisdom have helped me more than just about anything I read on a regular basis. This whole goal setting idea came from her newsletter.
My goals:
Business:
Small goal: Write at least 5 hours per week.
Dream goal: Become my own boss.
Health:
Small goal: Work out, practice yoga, and meditate 6 days a week.
Dream goal: Hike a new trail once a month. Do 2 runs this year.
Relationships:
Small goal: Let go of the past.
Dream goal: Do not any way shape or form settle for less than what I deserve.
Family:
Small goal: See my parents once a week.
Dream goal: Spend quality time with each kid individually, including Kayden, every week.
Finances:
Small goal: Put $10 a month into savings.
Dream goal: Become debt free.
Self Care:
Small goal: Make time for myself every day.
Dream goal: Take myself on a trip this year.
You know, I think that most of my dream goals are completely attainable. These are the things I want, and I truly believe I am deserving and capable of making each one happen.
Dream big, my beautiful friends!
