Because my body is committing mutiny, there are goals that I still need to meet. That leads us to step 2 of our goal setting process.
Step 2:
Write down anything that you wanted to accomplish professionally or personally that you didn't complete in 2014.
My list:
1) Train to run a 10K
2) Prioritize my time by how I WANT to spend my time. Art and writing, learning and meditating, yoga and exercise, gardening and cooking come before housework
3) Become my own boss
4) Hike Little Baldy
5) Publish my writing
Now, write each of the things you didn't complete in 2014 on a separate piece of paper. Burn each piece separately, and LET IT GO!
