I wanted to share my end of the year thoughts with you since we're almost done with 2014. This year has changed me in so many ways. I'll never be the same again, but I know that every challenge that life brings us teaches us a lesson. I'm learning and growing.
In the spirit of growth, I brainstormed all of the things that are SELF-LOVE to me. Here's how you do this exercise, write SELF-LOVE in the middle of a piece of paper. Around the word, write 5 to 10 things that you're really proud of accomplishing. Then, write 5 to 10 things that you like about yourself. Next, write 5 to 10 nice things that just make you feel good. Finish up by finding a couple of quotes that express what it means to love yourself and add those to your brainstorm.
